McDonald's fresh vegetable salad

To illustrate how fresh their new vegetable salad is at McDonald's in Israel they created this paper placemat:

It was made to resemble a wooden cutting board with knife marks.  The copy roughly translates to "Cut on the Spot, Only Upon Ordering"
