A window washer's platform was decorated to look like a Scotch-Brite sponge, which made it appear as if the gigantic sponge was cleaning the building to everyone looking below.

Here is an outdoor campaign from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Spain that shows the dangers of advanced melanoma:

700 ice sculptures went on display in Madrid and slowly melted away to show how lives can disappear because of the sun. 

Unexpected presents

On Christmas Eve, the passengers of the Spanair flight traveling from Barcelona to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria were set to arrive close to midnight, so the airline did something a little special for them:

 

As passengers waited for their luggage to appear, they found presents coming down the carousel, personalized for each traveler.
